As we keep Lebanon in our thoughts, Talabat, the region’s leading food and grocery delivery app, has partnered with Qatar Airways, Monoprix, and Qatar Charity to create the ‘Qatar Airways box for Lebanon.’

Each box will be sent via a special Qatar Airways Cargo to Beirut on Wednesday, 12 August.

Francisco De Souza, Managing Director of Talabat Qatar, says that Talabat employees feel a strong sense of solidarity with the people of Beirut and are proud of the way the people of Qatar have come together to help Lebanon.

‘Over 94 million Qatari Riyals have already been raised throughout the country for those affected by the blast, which in itself is amazing and inspiring. Please continue to show the warm hospitality and generosity that is well-known about the people of Qatar.

‘The Qatar Airways box is another way of helping people donate goods to those affected, through their Talabat app.’

To donate through Talabat, download the app and select ‘Umm Salal Ali,’ ‘The Pearl-Qatar,’ or ‘Al Dafna’ areas to open the Monoprix grocery menu.

Under the section “Qatar Airways Box for Lebanon”, select the items you wish to purchase to add them to the box.

You can download the Talabat app via AppStore or Google Play.
