WATCH: NBA stars visit Qatar

Three of the North-American National Basketball Association's (NBA) biggest stars recently wrapped up a whirlwind trip to Qatar.

Houston Rockets player Carmelo Anthony, Golden State Warriors’ Klay Thompson, Los Angeles Lakers head coach Luke Walton and seven-time NBA All-Star Tracy McGrady were in Qatar to tour and visit different 2022 World Cup stadium projects.

A visit to the world-class Aspire Academy was one of the stops during their tour.

The players also held a masterclass for students of some of the educational institutions at Qatar Foundation (QF) as they got to learn basketball from two of the hottest stars in the NBA league.
