Prime Minister inspects electoral headquarters ahead of Shura Council elections

HE Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, attended the electoral committee headquarters to ensure that the required preparations for the registration process are in place.

The preparation would also include the electronic registration through text messages or through the Metrash application.

The registration process in the voters’ lists for the Shura Council elections are scheduled to start this afternoon.

A number of officials from the supervising committee and executive committees involved in the Shura Council elections accompanied His Excellency during the visit.
