QatarEnergy cuts prices of petrol and diesel for May 2025

QatarEnergy on Wednesday reduced fuel prices for May 2025. According to the new list, Super petrol will now cost QAR1.95, cheaper by 10 dirhams when compared to the price in April (QAR2.05).

Premium grade petrol price is also down by 10 dirhams, and will cost QAR1.90 in May. It was QAR2 in April.

Meanwhile, the cost for Diesel has also been reduced and will cost QAR1.95 in May. The price had been QAR2.05 in April.

Qatar’s Ministry of Energy and Industry started pegging fuel prices in the country to international markets from September 2017.
