Sora Rooftop at Park Hyatt Doha, has announced the relaunch of Sora Friday Brunch with new entertainment. The new brunch experience will take place every Friday from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Guests can indulge in an array of delectable dishes, while enjoying the panoramic view of the Corniche. The brunch consists of a variety of cold dishes on the buffet such as oysters, sushi, lobster rolls and many more. As for the main course, this year, the team has curated a tailor-made main course option such as Fresh Grilled Scallops—charcoaled king scallops with ponzu sauce and salmon roe, and Wagyu Beef Black Pepper—stir-fried beef tenderloin with mixed vegetables in a rich black pepper sauce. For yakitori lovers, the Yakitori Grilled Chicken features primary chicken thigh, served with Aji Amarillo sauce and crispy cauliflower, adding a flavorful punch to the experience. The dessert consists of a wide variety of buffet style.
