Passengers travelling to and from Hamad International Airport (HIA) can now enjoy the convenience of Uber once again, as the ride-hailing service has officially resumed airport pick-up operations.

Travellers can request a ride directly through the Uber app and head to the newly designated pick-up zone. This pick-up point is located near the exit of the East Car Park in the Short Term Car Park building.

To make the process easier, Uber has placed branded signs throughout the airport to guide passengers to the correct location. Alternatively, users can simply follow the in-app directions to navigate to the pick-up zone with ease.

This reintroduction adds to the growing list of transport options available at HIA, offering both residents and visitors a seamless, tech-enabled way to travel in and out of the airport.
