FIFA World Cup announced via twitter today that the closing ceremony of the World Cup in Qatar will include live performances from artists featured in the FIFA World Cup Soundtrack™ including Davido, Aisha, Ozuna, Gims, Nora Fatehi, Balqees, Rahma Riad and Manal. The live performances will take place before the final between Argentina and France that will kick-off tomorrow, December 18, at 6 pm in Lusail Stadium.

Coming under the theme “A night to remember”, the performances of the closing ceremony will highlight the memorable moments of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ leading up to the final.

With over 80,000 spectators expected for the final at Lusail Stadium, Davido and Aisha will perform ‘Hayya Hayya- Better Together’, Ozuna and Gims will sing ‘Arhbo’ and the all female line up including Nora Fatehi, Balqees, Rahma Riad and Manal will perform ‘Light the Sky’.

FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ which commenced on November 20, saw a total of 62 phenomenal matches to date, will come to an end with the final between Argentina and France. Today’s third place match between Croatia and Morocco at Khalifa International Stadium and tomorrow's final between Argetina and France will round up the 64 matches of the Qatar World Cup.
