Qatar welcomes its HR conference for the second year

Following the success of Qatar’s HR conference last year, Nextfairs is once again bringing, for the second year running, the second edition of the conference under the theme, ‘Excellence in Human Capital Management’.

Set to be held June 1, 2022, the one-day virtual conference and exhibition will bring together key executives from a wide range of sectors from recruitment, education and training to share key insights and invaluable life lessons.

In the wake of the pandemic that brought most companies to a standstill, the conference offers an opportunity to equip business leaders with the necessary tools to navigate the current climate and stay responsive and relevant. As businesses try to move forward and navigate the challenges of a post COVID-19 world, Qatar’s HR conference comes at an opportune time.

Today, it’s more apparent than ever that stronger workforces are instrumental in ensuring strategies are translated into effective action, something demonstrated quite clearly as Qatar continues with its 2030 vision and amid FIFA World Cup preparations. There is an increased need for companies to utilise their resources in the most effective and efficient manner. One of the most valuable assets a company has is their workforce, and only by enriching and developing their human capital can companies thrive in today’s business environment.

The event will feature a number of technical and thought provoking panel discussions and sessions, including looking at the governmental role in the development of Human Resources, the future of work in an increasingly technical world and training requirements for empowering the workforce.

Organisers of the event also hope the expo will be an opportunity for business professionals to learn the latest trends and opportunities in management, as well equip leaders with the ability to align HR management with a company’s strategy and culture.

Alongside the conference, the event also includes an expo area where various organisations and companies will be able to demonstrate their products, services and latest cutting edge technologies to prospective clients and partners in a cross-sector collaborative environment.
