Cat founded in Abu Hamour Area

Dear all, attached is a photo of a male cat which I found him around 3 days back in my compound in the Abu Hammur area near to Tunisian school. He is so friendly. I checked his chip number last night in the Canadian Hospital but since morning I am trying with many vet center, but still, I did not get his Owner telephone number. Please help.
