There are several ways. If the cartons are big or heavy, you can have them sent by using the services of Cargo shipment services. There are several companies around Doha which are in this business. One of them that comes to my mind is Yafa Cargo. You can find others through Google. They can transport your boxes by Airfreight or through land transport. Transport by land route will no doubt be cheaper.

However, if your package is small you can use courier service. DHL, Aramex, UPS are to name a few. But they are going to be on the costly side. To save on cost, suggest you use Q-Post. They are quite competitive rate-wise. The only difference between Q-Post and other courier service is that Q-Post takes a little longer in making deliveries. The difference in delivery time may be up to a week.
