Bye dweller....hope you'll have a nice time and good luck!
Get us some pics when you can.
You haven't posted any for a while.
Enjoy. Decent place Abu Dhabi.
Gee you got me blushing you reprobates.
tg I had forgotten about Seraj Hafeet! I spent 4 days working out there with NDC on the water rigs (water project). Now that IS an experience. The land oil rigs have it easy.
Didim (Green Town, Yesilkent actually) has been hotter than Doha of late and just as humid so I guess it's a fair swap.
But it's only for 2 months anyway
Dweller Ur very much right.
I have gained much more knowledge from you then anyone else on this forum, particularly with respect to economics and living in Qatar.I appreciate and thank u for ur kind replies.Take good care of urself and God bless u
have a safe trip there and back. :-)
Leaving beautiful Didim for Humid Abu Dhabi?? Phew..Best Wishes...
You can always escape to Al-Ain(Seraj Hafeet) on the weekends...and Mid-september onwards Abu Dhabi Corniche is good..(Its like a beginner telling an expert what to do)...
Other than smoking no!
I no longer smoke but was on 80 a day in Qatar. Add that to the 12 bottles of "Four Bells" rum a month and things build up.
Seven heart attacks and a bypass eventually convinced me I should stop.
Why should you look back when you cannot change anything.
Always look forwards.
So ur in self esteem phase of ur life.
Hirarchi of basic needs seem to be fulfilled and now ur looking to fulfill ur inside I guess.Do u have any regrets in ur life?
I work for me Farhan....lol. That enables me to work when I want and be selective. I am lucky in that money isn't critical so I can pick what interests me.
Have a good trip.
Deweller I know ur an HR consultant.Do u work for a single Company or u give independent services?
It's in line with my profile, nosy. ;)
Deweller may I ask ,wat kind of assignment is it?U know I ask a lot of questions.lol
Thanks for the good wishes. I haven't been there working since 2002 but did visit late in 2003 on a visa trip from Qatar.
I'm sure I won't have much (if any) spare time as they will want their moneysworth.
take it easy, dweller
i'm sorry to say you will be unpleasantly suprised by abu dhabi if you haven't been there in a while :p
Enjoy ur time there. I miss Abu Dhabi a lot myself. Drop in every now and then and tell us what changed there since i havent seen it for the last 3 yrs.
Give my regards to the tavern and good luck
