Amnesty, unmarried mums N cheating bf,s
Four mums who handed themselves and their children in during a immigration amnesty have been jailed because the kids were conceived out of wedlock.
The children - Princess, Angel, Sofia and Angel-Joy - were all born to women living illegally in a house in the UAE
The court heard yesterday that the women had absconded from their sponsors and got pregnant by boyfriends who fled when they discovered they were expecting.
The women continued to stay illegally with the kids, who are now aged between one and two, working part-time to survive.
When a two-month amnesty was launched in December, the women handed themselves in together and asked to be deported with their children.
The maids and other workers are human being like any of us and they also have their needs and requirements just like any of us or is it that the employers and the guys with loads of cash can have all the fun but not this poor workers
Congrats and Mabrook SA for winning the debate succesfully and peacefully we need to celeberate .....................:)
In this interesting thread
laws are important, if you say no?
The why there are laws in the different countries?
I feel the same believe me.
and rest and happiness, I really wish you success and mind peace.
SA: your chinese whispers are so boring.
mast kalandar and I wish you happiness and success.
Yes MN, hymen reconstruction. This makes an interesting read...
Thnks SA for sharing yr views
will come out most of the time from good people, and here we have to be careful from those who are hypocrite.
Sis Fatimah :can hymen be fixed after it get broken?
and please put in mind that what ever language some one speaks is linked with what inside their heart and mind.
Those who use rubbish words or bad insulting words means that these people are already saturated with rubbish and bad words, so what normally should I expect from them?
Ofcourse I should normally respect bad words and rubbish when they speak me or when I speak with them.
It really isn't worth discussing with someone so heartless and blinkered.
why do you want the rights which are valid in your country be valid here also?
I agree to take the good laws from your country considring they are not affecting my culture and my country negatively.
I'm backing out of this thread. Seriously it's like talking to mentally insane person.
but when some people do not know the rights or what makes their life better, I think it is an abuse for them not to tell them their rights.
These rights differ from one country to another.
Thank you very much.
This is a forum is to discuss and express and share different views.
MN-01 should all people agree on all what is discussed?
That is seriously awful to separate kids for 10-15 years from their mother.
Who's the judge now?
I think that when the punishment is strong for a certain bad act, then less people will do this bad act especially when they see the punishment.
On the other side if the punishment is weak then it will not stop the people from doing this bad act.
SA you're the one who is constantly judging people on here and asking your dumb questions and trying to make your dumb points. Go off and live in the desert with your camels for all I care, that's you're right, but leave me to live my life.
Straight Arrow: EWW! Dude you're sick! what the hell is wrong with you?
you think that all people should think the same way you are thinking.
It is like saying you either with me or against.
You want to separate children from their mothers for 10 or 15 years? You are a monster. You really are a despicable human being.
and these mistakes differ in level do you agree?
Is it fair that all mistakes should have one standard type of punishment?
Even football there yellow cards and red cards why?
Why did nobel price is there?
This type of punishment is debatable Lucky_gal, In my opinion it is right way but can be modified slightly to make the separation period 10 or 15 yrs.
I believe you're a judgmental fossil who lives in the stone age and would rather see his own daughter put to death for some silly perceived slight to your honor than allow her to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Also, it's a good thing that I could give a crap what you think.
Ooh La La , its hot in here ! :)
that people who do not care about family members who do not care about their family reputation are careless people and careless people are not suitable for raising a good family.
families can be classified into two main catogeries:
1. Good family which are helping their country and them selves and the outcome from these families are positive people.
2. Bad families where the outcome from these families most of the time will be negative people, and very little times the outome is positive because some of these children who are raised in these negative families will compare them selves to those who are in better families and will ask why are we like this and will change them selves to become better persons.
Straight Arrow..neither death punishment or separating the children from the mother is merciful. FORGIVENESS is merciful. Please dont talk as if you never make mistakes in your life just because your mistakes no one can see them. We are human beings and are bound to be at fault. I dont support how they brought about the children but i dont doubt they love them anyless.
I dont support sex out of wedlock, however SA people learn from their bad choice and its unfortunate that some learn with physical consequences like children.
when they are in their 20's would you like them to have those bad experiences?
I think of course no.
I like women, I mean girls who follow "Next to being married, a woman (girl) likes to be crossed in love a little now and then"...keeps me sane and fed...:)
It was just an aside, dont get diverted and carry on with the discussion...:)
I don't know why I'm bothering, but here we go.
I don't care about my families reputation SA, I care about their happiness, not their reputation.
Just because I choose to live someplace doesn't mean I have to respect anything. I do not respect most of the laws of the UAE or why they were put in place. I consider many to be against basic human rights.
I don't believe punishment is effective. I believe rehabilitation is effective.
I was not 13 when I had these experiences SA.. I was 20 or 21 when I started dating and I am not 38 years old.. I would not expect my children whether boy or girl to be loveless till they reach their thirties.. No way.. As Jane Austen very aptly said "Next to being married, a woman likes to be crossed in love a little now and then"..
It is very fair to tell what will be the punishment, Miss Mimi How would you rate your family reputation?
Very important or Not Important.

Antwerp welcome to the thread again.
Just to clarify I am expressing my opinion here.
By the way Miss Mimi
Do you agree that others freedom should not interfer with your freedom?
Miss Mimi there is what is called common sense, and as long as you live in other countries you must respect the laws and understand why these laws are put.
Miss Mimi is punishment effective when it is used correctly?
They walk among us......:0
*double face palm*
death punishment or separation of these women and their babies.
If the death penalty is applied then you end all the chances for this women to come back on the right track.
I am sure when these house maids go back to their countries they will transfer the message:
"Never have sex out of wedlock"
and they will explain, and this type of punishment helps or ensure that less maids who are coming to these countries will dare to have sex out of wedlock.
Because have compared to the previous ones.
Any how I wish you a good luck, but what would you wish for your son or daughter?
Will you allow or accept your son or daughter to have a similar experience when they are in the similar age where you had these bad experiencse?
It is very fair to tell what will be the punishment, Miss Mimi How would you rate your family reputation?
Very important or Not Important.
and the girl is spanish, the girl is spanish and she did not ask such a question if she did not have friends who shared her point of view.
I'm just going to get beat my head against a wall.
why does the schools has laws?
why does the banks has laws?
why does the universities has laws?
Miss Mimi would you prefer a law which protects your rights and your self?
Would you like to live in a country which has laws which brings to you mind peace or in a country which has no laws and let you live in chaos?
"My question is why separate them? What do you wish to achieve by doing so? What great justice will come about by this action?"
I sometimes wonder if the UAE ever really knows what it's doing... There never seems to be any rhyme or reason to their actions.
In fact I was doing some research about such children(born out of wedlock)cos it is a matter so important to my family, and I found out that even according to the shariah law the children of the bed as they are known are always to be legally considered their mother's. Hence what this court is doing, by taking away the child from his mother, is actually against even the Shariah laws itself though of course I have no clue what kinda country laws prevail there.
My question is why separate them? What do you wish to achieve by doing so? What great justice will come about by this action?
I don't remember my first relationship and I don't even want to think about it, it was that bad.. I don't want to think about any of my past relationships because they did not work out and they are a part of my past. What matters now is my present and future with my fiance and would be husband.. He makes me really very happy and to tell you the truth, I never compare him to anyone because he is the best..
Fatimah, BTW, in regards to why we were discussing the children being taken away earlier, I'm not sure if you saw my link:
It's virtually the exact same case, but this woman may lose her child. I can't see why the same law wouldn't be applied to the OP's cases.
SA, "I am responsible for what I say, but NOT for what you choose to understand"......think about it!
How can I live and let live if their are laws not allowing me or others to do so?
But women are just as likely as men to not only have sexual encounters for fun, but also forget all of em. Not all women are as emotional as men assume them to be!
The problem is many men think they can sow their wild oats so to speak and get married to some goody miss two shoes, but many times such men end up with those ladies who Kareena described, the ones who have all the fun and then go get their hymen fixed.
The fact is there is no one rule for her and one rule for him rule in the matter of sex out of wedlock, be it in a religious sense or otherwise!
ROFLMAO. That has to be the funniest thing I've ever read. LOL.
apply the statement live and let live.
Do not criticise others way of life if you do not know 100 %, criticize shall be in a civilized way which you do some times and me as well.
People tend to accept criticism when it is not insulting.
even in Europe!!
As one spanish girl asked me and my Russian friend a question and I was shocked but he answered her immediately.
She asked why do men prefer virgin girl and the girl do not care if the man is virgin or not?
He answered her:
The man normally forgets the first relation easily but the woman never forgets the first relation and she will always remember it.
I believe a man would not like a girl or a woman who always remember her first love.
Also we can see that a virgin woman when dedicate her self to her husband more compared to that who is not virgin, i.e. the non virgin will try but remembering the first lover might destroy her attempts because she will tend to compare.
They are seeking what THEY THINK is best, not what everyone else (including me) thinks is best.
Personally, I don't care what they do as long as they leave me and my family alone SA.
if the religious organization seeks the best for humanity?
What is virginity? As they say a big issue over a small tissue.. LOL..
By the way, virginity is easily restored these days and I know many who have done such a surgery.. Then they get married and live happily ever after with their husbands who actually believe they were virgins.. Haha.. So easy to fool a man.
My mom at 56 still plays with the idea of getting married every now and then, and I keep encouraging her with similar words! Age is just a number after all..what counts is one's attitude, zest for living and ambitions to achieve better and best!
Good luck Kareena ;) And 60 is the new 40 after all.
But I won't interfere in their personal lives after they turn 18. If my child tells me at the age of 18 that they want to move out of the house and move in with their partner, I would respect their decision. I am 38 years old now, never been married but getting married this year for the first time. If I do have child, I would be nearly 60 by the time the child reaches his or her 18th birthday.. I just hope that my husband and I live long enough to see them through high school at least..
I must disagree there. Top of the mind I know at least 3 ladies, very very close friends of mine, who married past 25 years of age, but remained virgins until then because of religious reasons, and I also happen to know some ladies who remained virgins till they married for cultural reasons too. The matter of remaining a virgin till marriage, and who decides to have sex out of wedlock is still very much a personal preference, where some chose the former and some chose the latter for various reasons. and though I agree the former is now quite rare it still is existent.
Sorry for the hijack GOJ!
Because they're religious organizations SA, or funded by religious organizations.
can you tell me why there are so many organizations in USA and Europe are fighting to encourage people to have sex within marriage only?
Also Kareena74 what I understand is that if your daughter is 18 yrs old you will not care about what happen to her.
Let me rephrase the question in another way at what age you think parents should remove their hand away from their children?
Sorry for the delay in response as I was quite busy durinng the weekend and didn't get to QL at all. To answer your question, I would not mind what my child does once he or she crosses 18. Once they are adults, it is their life and they are responsible for their actions. As far as sex out of wedlock is concerned, come on this is the 21st century, who waits till you get married? Unless you get married at 18.. Personally speaking you won't find a virgin guy over the age of 20 and a virgin girl over the age of 25.. Beyond that no one waits anymore.. No matter which country or relgion you follow.. So please SA wake up to the reality of life..
I guess now the majority agree on the following:
1. The maid who did not respect the family she is working deserve some punishment
2. The level of punishment should be strong enough to stop other maids from doing the same
Yes mistakes do happen but the level of mistakes differs and what these maids do affect the family reputation negatively and. What these maids do is also rediculous and shows that these maids have no respect to the families they are working for.
I believe that this punishment is reasonable compared to death, and I would like to tell fubar do you thnk that the sponsors of the maid will not know if the maid is pregnant until she give birth? Fubar I would like to tell you that not all people who have maid are stupid to that extent.
Mistakes do happen with everyone and this victims are no exception. It was supposed to be an amnesty and this people were not thieves or criminals for them to have been locked up and that too with their little ones. The authorities were supposed to be more tolerant and understanding then putting the victims through all this trouble and jail
Many American organizations and similar in some European countries push people not to have sex before marriage.
Here is an interesting article
Also look at this
Regarding the case OP mentioned in his thread I wish authorities should support her and those innocent little kids by all means.
I did not mention all western women are like that but during my voluntary journey people I met were those who had problems in their life and there was no one to support them. The stories they told me was what happened in their real life.
As long as Western Women is concerned personally in my life after my mom , the women I respect more is a Western. In my communication circle I have at least 12 western friends and they shared their stories with me.
I have friend whose sister was very introvert..she went to a bar once and after few day suddenly she came to her mom and told that she is pregnant. Her son K*( I dont wanna disclose his name) still dont know what is his father's name or where he is. Though she is working hard to give a comfortable life to K* but still he missed something in his life.
Another real story : my friend has a grand daughter whom she is not sure that G* is really her grand daughter as after a short period of time her son broke up with his girlfriend. Now she wants to use a solicitor and want to confirm whether she is her real grand daughter.
My colleague had four kids with three women...one from legal marriage and other three were accidents. He is divorced..kids are living with his mom (I mean grandma)..Though he is sending money every month and paying mortgage but still difficult for kids..cuz now their moms are married or in relationship with someone who is not their father...
Like in our countries we say "Stranger in my bed" there it is like "Stranger in their families"
One of the main reason behind all these bull5hit is having sex before marriage...
May be it is my bad luck that people I met so far told me their stories as such...may be my observation will change after my world trip.
I really dont have any problem if someone sleeps with someone before/after marriage but I have reservations if for the pleasure of few hours if someone's life (kids) is distracted or compromised.
P.S. I really dont care about what you think about me I can accept your views over media and but not for something I heard from someone who was involved directly.
Now I want to ask question why in USA and some other countries in Europe there are organizations fighting to encourage people to have sex within wedlock ?
This thread has turned into a WAR ZONE...
In Islam for having sex out of wedlock?
Also why does Islam prohibit having sex out of wedlock?
Why do the authorities have to prolong their agony. This poor women just want to go home or do the authorities get some extra satisfaction of locking this helpless women up with their children. Is their nations embassy so impotent to take this matter up with the local authorities. What is concerned haram and sinful out here is a way of life in the free and open society where this women come from
That bit of the write up was indeed disturbing. Wonder if the authorities are taking steps to crack down on such centers too.
I agree. At least the kids are not in care..
One other thing that comes to mind is the "illegal" delivery of the babies. So many things could go wrong. These people need to be caught also - because they obviously make money from it..
that the kids are to be separated from their moms. The article says "The women’s children will stay with them behind bars. They will be deported after serving their sentences"
Of course it's sad that the kids will have to see the inside of a prison cell due to no fault of their own, but at least they will be deported in five months.
It also happens that some women have sex with a guy, get pregnant on purpose to hopefully get married. Most times that does not work out and the children suffer.
Knowing very well in advance the most likely outcome, they still try.....
Very sad for these women, especially seeing that men go unpunished as well, even worse for those innocent souls. However these women knew what they were doing in UAE. They know the strict lifestyle but stil went ahead and had sex out of wedlock. A price you pay for disobeyin the law. It will be merciful of UAE to overide the punishment, send them home and ban them from ever coming back however i wouldnt deem UAE as unfair.
All i feel sorry for is their kids who havent done anything wrong yet suffering because of the mother and father decision to engage in intercourse out of marriage knowing it might produce children
PSML. I'm pretty sure they won't be shocked by my opinion LOL.
If a local has a baby out of wedlock, why should they be allowed to keep their baby just because they don't need an exit visa? You're saying these maids shouldn't be allowed to keep the babies because they shouldn't had sex out of wedlock. Why are the locals allowed to keep their babies? They too had sex out of wedlock.
and the wrong consequences.
Also I assume that 15-17 yrs old are not considered as children.
The lesson that other mothers will be taught from this isn't to not have sex before marriage.
The lesson will be to pop out the baby and throw it in the bin and leave it to die so that they don't get arrested.
this mean you accept your son or daughter to have sex out of wedlock.
Why in the world would they hate me to death for advice? And if they did I would have to say I didn't raise them right, because I wouldn't want to raise a child who would hate anyone to death.
when I say mothers, then this is applicable for some and not for majority.
if your son and daughter hated you to death because a shock from your advice to them to have sex out of wedlock?
with the laws of the countries which allow and which do not allow, therefore your comment is invalid.
But it's ok for the locals who go off to Europe for 6 months to have their babies which were also conceived out of wedlock, because they're allowed to leave the country and can afford To. God forbid someone who is "just a maid" has a baby out of wedlock. Hypocrites much?
there are rules and these rules must be respected.
In Belgium are there laws?
Why did Belgium decide to have these laws?
Nope, don't agree at all. People will still have sex out of wedlock. They'll just try harder to leave before the baby is born, or try harder to abort the baby, or abandon the baby outright.
this type of punishment is good so that others will not do the same do you agree?
I think when a maid see that the punishment for getting married out of wedlock is such that her baby will not be allowed to go with her, then ofcourse some of the maids will not dare to have sex out of the wedlock here in the Gulf, do you agree guys?
I get your point now, thanks for clarification.
No it doesn't SA.
So you know one single mother and that gives you the right to say that the majority of women in the West don't know the fathers' of their children because they have a que of men lining up for them? I thought you were smarter than that LLR.
I will urge them to speak and word urge shows a sign of not accepting the act of having sex out of the wedlock.
Generalising LLR... I thought you were better than that! That's as bad as me saying all Muslims are terrororists and all Indians smell.
I know MM, I'll never learn!
May be you think so. One of my best & closed Friend is a western single mom. lived with them for 5 years+...unintended pregnancies are common... percentage of kids having mom and dad and a happy family is much lesser than the one I mentioned earlier.
Anyway gotta go..This is my observation so far.
It turned from having sex outside wedlock then fathers name , embassies and so on.
Snessy, you've been on QL how long, and you have to ask that question? LOL. Some people just watch too much Maury Povich and mistake it for real life.
How did this thread become about the West??
How awful to separate the babies from their mothers. Authorities in this part of the world playing God again!! So sad :-(
Of course it is.
LLR that's the biggest load of bullsh** I've ever heard.
In west most of them dont know their fathers cuz their mom had a queue of them. Three months I did volunteering for a guy who used to have mental disorder (not always sometimes) but was very bright in studies.. He told me that they dont have any family kind of thing in west. (of course majority of them)
Majority of them divorced multiple times , broke up multiple times..Wt happens to their kids? some of them employed some of them still are enjoying their benefits.
For the same reason Churches also having awareness campaign not to have sex before marriage.
The issue is not so simple to solve, I believe. Birth certificates, passport, family back in home..etc.
Me too share your view GoJ..
rational thought, wisdom, goodness and a little common sense from the authorities can over come the rules.”
To be fair the amnesty was for over staying not for sex out of wedlock.
However I hope that on humanitarian grounds these poor women and the children who did nothing wrong be given a pardon and just sent back to their country straight away without having to spend a single night in jail. In situations like these one hopes rational thought, wisdom, goodness and a little common sense from the authorities can over come the rules.”
No they were Filipino, but you said "which embassy" and I answered.
The Philippines embassy should issue without the fathers name, after all their are plenty of kids born out of wedlock in the Philippines.
The issue is that you can't obtain a birth certificate without a marriage certificate in the UAE. No birth certificate means no passport.
So MM do you think those maids were western?? I doubt...
Most Western embassies don't require the name of the father. Just the name and nationality of the mother.
If the mother wants to take their kids with them, they need a passport, right?? Which embassy is gonna give a passport without the name of the father?? Moreover who knows whether those maids don't have a family in their home country or not?
It's a complicated situation, I believe..
it is a sin. But only god can judge SA and I think these mother's need to be with their children. Taking them away is another sin and I don't condone that either. Don't get so wrapped up in one sin that you turn a blind eye to another one.
SA, sex out of wedlock does not necessarily mean cheating on a partner. Sex out of wedlock means just that, having sex without being married.which in turn may very well mean being in a committed relationship, but not being married.
It does NOT mean cheating or one night stands.
There is a difference between having sex when you are single with someone who you are not married to and cheating on hour spouse with someone else.. These women were single and had sex with someone and got knocked up. They were not cheating on anyone? I think as long as you have one partner at a time, there is nothing wrong in sex out of wedlock but once you are committed to someone, you should not cheat on that person. We are not talking about adultry here.. These women were not adultresses..
How are you getting that conclusion? I don't care if my children have sex out of wedlock.
WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH TAKING CHILDREN FROM THEIR MOTHERS?????
The women aren't prostitutes, they aren't married, they are UN-MARRIED mothers who are going to loose their children because of a technicality and a cruel system!!!
and I have a conclusion that you do not accept them to have sex out of wedlock.
is mor disgusting when a woman sells her self for a stranger.
Miss Mimi I think the clean and pure woman will not allow her self to be a toy which can be tried or tested for by some people.
Don't make assumptions SA. If my son or daughter was cheating on their spouse, I would urge them to tell their spouse as they are being dishonest, but, since they are adults and are running their own lives that is all I would do and I would still love them regardless.
Now can you please get back to the topic.
every action has a reaction, I will assume Miss Mimi your answer is no, i.e. that you do not accept your grown up son or daughter who are married to have sex with a stranger while they are sill married.
and you have proven that you belong to the party which thinks that marriage is just a peice of paper?
Does the 21st century means selling the morals, values, and living in garbage?
I belong to the party which that marriage is commitment to live for ever with the spouse and not only a piece of paper.
Kareena74 what does a family mean to you? Do you think a family with a healthy atmosphere is important?
What does that have to do with women who aren't married having their babies taken from them SA?
I have asked you if your sons and daughters grown up and get married would you accept if they have sex with other partent than their spouse?
An orphanage can't give the love of mother.
It's absolutely disgusting that they tear these children away from their mothers. It makes me so angry I can't even speak.
A luxurious orphange can never replace a mother's love but still it is better than to throw those orphans on the streets. Here when a maid or any unmarried expat woman gets pregnant, they keep her "In Quarantine" (LOL) until she delivers then they just deport her back home and keep the baby in the "Five Star Orphange"..
And you are still talking about sex out of wedlock??? There are so many more important and crucial issues in the world to worry about.
I don't believe that if a child is born out of wedlock, the mother would love him or her any less than if it were born to a married couple. What is marriage? A piece of paper, a signed document which a man can renounce anytime he wishes?
Huh? I have no idea what you are asking me SA. Can you try re-phrasing the question please?
I sense that there is a perception that when parents aren't married, they don't love their kids, and when parents are married they do love their kids.
When we see stories of married men raping and killing the daughters, and stories about single mothers caring for their children, it would appear that such an assumption is a bit shallow.
And since when did a "5 star" orphanage replace a mother's love? Should I go drop my son off at an orphanage because it might be nicer than my house?
Of course. I would urge them to have other partners before marriage so they know what they're getting into before they get married.
when you love some one truely you should think about the consequences right?
when you say:
"And yes, I have no issue with sex our of wedlock whatsoevr."
I assume that you will accept it for your daughters and sons when they grow up right?
I fail to see the link between whether parents are married or not, and whether children are loved or not.
It wasn't long ago that there were multiple threads about married people here in the Gulf abusing and ultimately killing and raping their children.
A friend of a friend works with such an NGO, social work I mean and he told my friend that these children get Qatari citizenship as well as very good benifits. He said the orphanges have five start facilities and these children are sent to the best schools in town. Yeah Mimi, same thing here expats cannot adopt these kids, only the locals can but under the condition that they won't give their family name to the child and the child should be aware that he is not a member of that family and that he is an orphan. Also the adopted child won't be entitled to any inheritence whatsoever..
It doesn't apply here Kareena. Orphans in the UAE are not given citizenship unless they are adopted by an Emirati family. To date they are not allowed to be adopted by expats. The orphanages are also definitely not 5 star, that's a laugh. They are given basic education, but with no citizenship there's not much you can do with that.
What utter nonsense SA. If these mothers didn't love their children they would have abandoned them or aborted them, they didn't though, they had them and have been raising them.
And yes, I have no issue with sex our of wedlock whatsoever.
Kareena the kids you refer to don't get Qatari citizenship. they sometimes get Qatari travel documents, which are totally different.
It means they aren't eligible for any of the benefits that the government gives to Qatari citizens, and it also makes it very difficult for them to ever travel out of the country.
yes it is
Because there are orphanges in Qatar under the kind patronage of her highness Sheikha Mozza where such fatherless children born from housemaids and other expat women are kept in five star surroundings. These children are given Arabic names and Qatari citizenship as well. They are treated exceptionally well and even allowed to be adopted by Qatari families as long as they agree not to give them their family name. I am sure the same rules also apply in UAE with regards to these poor fatherless children.
because they did not think of the consequences and the future of their sons!!
Miss Mimi do you support sex out of wedlock?
No they won't. They will rot in an orphanage as they won't be able to be adopted, since the father's won't have given permission for adoption, they won't be given UAE citizenship, so therefore will not be able to go to University, or get a decent job. How is that better than being raised by mothers who love them?
They fall on free love...
to keep their children in UAE, because it is not guaranteed that these women will do the best for their children as they did not choose the right decision for them selves. Their children in UAE will be well taken care of.
What isn't being mentioned, but has come up in a similar story here, is that the children won't be allowed to leave because the mothers won't be able to obtain a travel permit for the child, as it requires a marriage certificate:
hmmmmmm .... fun has its consequences some times ;)
those moms are not stupid - as someone mentioned above in her comment. if they are, they just left their child or tried to abort them.
they are victims here too...
so don't blame woman here alone...
and I agree with you gold old joe. just send them home.
They were cheating together , unfortunately man can't get pregnant .
single mothers in UAE!!! why n how?
“This is the only thing that I dislike about this awesome place. Those poor women didn't get an abortion. They put their lives at risk when they delivered their babies at home without any kind of medical intervention and that too throughout their entire pregnancy. They could have abandoned their babies like some heartless people do. But they didn't do that. They went through the whole ordeal without a partner by their side. And this is what they get. If this was wrong, they should have been sent home.
Mothers with babies are treated nicely everywhere in the world, but not here. What difference does a wedlock make?”
Maybe men could try keeping it in their pants for a change, or risk being arrested for playing around, instead of all the blame being on the woman.
Yr right kareena government should distribute free box of control pills at all parkings specially those illegal women having sex with there BF'S
If a women understand who is she exactly this unfortunate moment won't be appear in their life!
big something wrong, their lifestyle...
I feel sorry for them, it is not their fault that their mums were so stupid and careless that they did not bother to use contraceptives in this region. Gosh how much does a box of birth control pill costs? 20 riyals and it lasts you the whole month.. Plus you don't even need a prescription in this part of the world to get contracptive pills from the pharmacy.. Dumb women. That is all I can say..
Breach of contract is subject to various types of legally enforceable consequences however I didn't get 'Jail Term during Amnesty' part yet.
Nice move from UAE authorities..i heard same story from KSA but the poor child cannot be either travel back home with her biological parents (mother or father) where both are married back home and the child is unregistered because obviously she was born out of wedlock and it's illegal in KSA.
the modern women got trapped ?
I assume they also arrested the men that also had sex out of marriage?
It's good to see that It's not only the UK that has senile judges.
If anything, the morons that got them pregnant and ran away should be caught and made to do time as well as pay for the upkeep of the kids.
