Giggs picture published.

Scotland's Sunday Herald has published a picture of the allegedly guilty footballer at the centre of the recent superinjunction in the UK.
The injunction apparently carries no weight in Scotland as it would have to be applied for in Edinburgh.
Imogen Thomas, the women named in the case had only a short singing career and apparently only did giggs in Manchester.

the worst part is the appetite of the public to gossip. Isnt gossip wrong in all religions?

I doubt that his intention was purely to protect his kids.

The argument isn't really about this case. It's about the whole issue of injunctions whereby the rich have the opportunity to gag the press, a facility denied to the rest of us.

I find it morally incomprehensible that something is being made of this man’s supposed infidelity.

Allegedly he had an affair – this has yet to proven. All people are commenting on is rumour.

Imogen whatsherface allegedly tried to warn him ‘they had been ‘ outed’. We only have her word this affair happened. She allegedly asked for money.

He may have had an affair – but do we have a right to know this?

His wife must have been aware of this ‘alleged affair’ months ago and at this moment in time seems to be sticking with him.

Did this MP have the right to name him? Morally he did not. And I hope this MP is squeaky clean as you reap what you sew.

Giggs has children and I am sure all he tried to do was protect his kids.

Some purists claim he should not have done something wrong in the first place- I hope they are free from any sin or misdemeanour or else they have no right to comment.

We can’t stop Twitter or Facebook or any other rumour mongering web site but we can morally stop gossip and hearsay and remember any one of us could be held to account for anything.

How would we feel if something we (allegedly) did was judged, moralised and discussed worldwide by people who nothing of us really?

Gutter press, guttersnipe MP and stupid laws.

He should be left alone to deal with this in a dignified way in a way that protects his kids; we do not have the right to discuss or gossip over his life.

He wasn't in the Man Utd team that played Blackpool yesterday and wasn't listed as injured.

One fine day they mess with the wrong man/woman who may very well be their waterloo..oh but if they only realized this *tsk tsk*

well if it wasnt for him trying to gag the press, it would not have created such a frenzy.

I agree, the man is just as much to blame (whether its Giggs or whoever).

In this case though, if you have been following the story in the British press, then you will realise that she is just after her 15 minutes of fame and out to make money from the whole sorid affair.

She can be a bleep, but that doesn't save Giggs from being a wanka.

why blame the lady, when it was the male who took the bait? He should have at least thought about his family before falling for this.

I am with you on this one.

I will be so very shocked if it is Giggs.

As for her - well she is nothing more than a bleeeeeeeeeep!

well, people need to be aware of the pitfalls that come with celebrity.

Morals matter, sadly that died long back :(

I'm shocked and stunned. I hope its not true..

She's a tart and is really getting on my nerves with her whining.

If this is true - this is the last person I would have thought of.

I hope this is wrong for him and his family.
