By stealth

REcently there have been reports of students killing there classmates in different parts of NOrth India.
It seems the gun cultre has creeped into the Indian community as wel..

i am talking about school students over here not some adults.

give me example of students shooting to death their fellow students.

Other than that the killing of people is common in most parts of the world.

u guys can correct me if I might be wrong ...

* Y is gun culture referred to if firing done by a collegian.

* Stealth.. before refering to Mir, do check India does not have scarcity of guns. India is covered by a lot of nations who love guns to be sold like fish in a fish market.

* India also has its own specific guns manufactured by a lot of Indians and used mostly during riots / elections and for political and kidnapping reasons.

GUN CULTURE is not always if a gun is shot by and within an educational institution.

With so much of terrorism and gurella wars in and around the country.. how can one think of guns not being sold and used in abundance.

I'm not talking about a massacre Jauntie, I'm talking about 1 student shooting another in school. This has happened in most inner city schools.

I've been trawling the net, but can see that type of massacre (schoolroom I mean) in UK.

I think here it's more knives than guns amongst teens. Last year 26 teenagers were killed in stabbings and shootings in London. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/london/7172981.stm

Not sure what the quota is for the whole of UK.

Stealth simply said students shooting each other in classrooms and at school, that's happened in the UK, and pretty much everywhere.

As far as I can remember I don't believe the UK has had any 'Virginia' type classroom shootings.

A few years ago a kid in the UK (in Hungerford I believe) went nuts with a gun in the town centre. Thus the urban legend that his Mum said to him: "Shoot up the town and get me a loaf of bread, would you?" Hee!

And we've had teens shooting each other, but not the massacres in schools.

Finland recently got it's first taste of that type of behaviour.

You forgot Japan, Korea, China, Canada, UK, Germany, the list is endless and doesn't seem to be isolated to a specific nation or culture. Gun's kill no matter what country they are in and the only answer is to ban them from all countries.

where else would you find students shooting at each other in classrooms?

Lebanon no

Pakistan No

Afghan No

Sudan No

USA Yes

and now India Yes

It seems a little ridiculous to me to blame a spat of shootings in Northern India on American gun culture. There's a lot of countries closer to and with more ties to the States that aren't affected so why the hell would rural Northern India be? Maybe they should blame their own gun culture and lack of respect for human life.

Why did you ignore Lebanon? guns are everywhere, let aside missiles and mortars. Business is good there and the russian machine gun is sold between 100 and 400$. Some are distributed for free
