If the IRANINA govt.has decided to hang her, i am sure they will hang her soon like how they normally do with other cases..Oh gosh!! hope she gets cleared out from the charges alleged on her(Hoping for MIRACLE)..

First she was going to be stoned for adultery. Then hung for adultery. Then hung for adultery + other crimes too terrible to tell us about. Then finally hung for conspiring to murder her husband, even though the person who actually committed the murder (a man) escapes the death penalty and gets prison.
It has previously reported that the casefile regarding the murder case of Ms Ashtiani’s husband had been seized from her lawyer’s office, Houtan Kian, and found missing from the prosecutor’s Oskoo branch office so as to stitch Ms Ashtiani up with trumped up murder charges. [Another man has already served a prison sentence and is now free for her husband’s murder.] Ms Ashtiani’s son, Sajjad Ghaderzadeh, and her lawyer, Houtan Kian, have warned of the regime’s plan to do so on many occasions. With the arrest of Ms Ashtiani’s son and lawyer on 10 October and her not having had any visitation rights since 11 August and after fabricating a new case against her, the “Human Rights Commission” of the regime has announced that: ‘according to the existing evidence, her guilt has been confirmed.’ In fact, the regime has created a new scenario in order to expedite her execution.

until a disaster happens that is, and aid is required, then any other country does not mind it being everybody's business and accepts every bodies help!!!
This topic is only the same people showing concern on a smaller scale, but frustrated at not being able to help as it relates to an individual suffering rather than thousands or millions.
Some good news in her case finally..I'm sure many people would have prayed for her so Alhamdullilah! Yes IM is right...the whole case some how doesn't ring true. The details released are baffling with the lady claiming complete innocence and I believe already cleared of murder charges.I hope and pray that if she's truly innocent of the crime of murder she will be released soon! As for adultery its clear..there are no witnesses and she says she didn't do it so they cannot charge her..period! If they are still doing so its so...wrong!

From the looks of it, seems like a proper investigation was not carried out. What about the circumstances that led to the husband's murder?
She is not taking to "Stoning by death" but will execute by hanging. I am worry about this case that is it investigated properly or not. May be her relatives made a plot against her to get the death penalty. Because it happens before in Iran against another lady. She was stoning to death for adultery but she is so innocent.
ice, why do you think they should release her? she is convicted of conspiring for her husband's murder. if she is guilty, she has to serve the sentence.
Would have been better if they had released her.
Freedom after 15 years in Jail is certainly better than death by stoning.
