I have been using the website for about a year, I use the bus all the time. I think it's great and the bus routes are easy to use, the only negative is the loud music when you first open the site.

Mowasalt if your looking have a look at tfl.gov.uk you can do something like this but a lot simpler (obviously)
they don't have CBs and the whole inefficiency leads to suspicion that either the call centre or the drivers avoid radio-taxi appointments. It's really sad, because their taxis are superb, so is the image of the drivers & taxi rank staff.
