Mumour, We dont need to repair what is not spoiled , use your Suzuki in a gentle way from Sat morning to Friday eve in a decent way .. . .. . .
Alot of Parts for Suzuki cars are incredibly hard to find here in the US. They didn't sell cars here for very long, and when they did they didn't sell very many. They no longer sell cars here in the US, so there is no dealer network available for service or parts. Also, the short term and limited numbers of vehicle sales means there is limited demand for parts, so the aftermarket is limited as well. It doesn't make financial sense for an aftermarket parts company to do R&D, licensing, testing, production, marketing and distribution for parts for a vehicle if they can't make up the costs and make a profit by selling enough of those parts.
Suzuki, though good car, did not manage to make its appearance felt in Qatar. You don't get to see many of them around. There is nothing so special about the car that would make it need a mechanic specialized on just this car. It can be repaired and fixed by most mechanics in Doha. Take the assistance of your friends or colleagues who could recommend a good mechanic. As for the spare parts, the garage people may be knowing of outlets that sell Suzuki spares.
