Hi everyone, I'm very much interested in astronomy, I bought a 8" telescope for star gazing from Taiwan, got it shipped through Postal as it was cheap.

Item was almost issued to me by staffs in Qatar post customs but one of the customs staffs who came from other side of the room and asked me what is the item and asked me to wait. After 5min he given one paper and told go to a security office and get the permission from there.

I have seen many are using and selling Telescopes in Qatar, is there any one having experience in getting permission from SSD-MOI office in Abu hamour.
