The Falcon Souq preserves the traditional sport of falconry that is not only dear to the hearts of locals but also a major attraction for tourists arriving in Qatar.
One of the most prominent and beloved parts of Qatari culture, falconry can be an expensive hobby with some of these remarkably sharp birds costing as high as QR100,000!
