GAIA, Doha’s latest Greek high-end dining restaurant in West Bay, welcomes guests this Ramadan with a heart-warming menu to enable them to celebrate the month of giving with their friends and family in a Grecian sea-side inspired ambience.

The special menu features sharing dishes with quality flavours and fresh ingredients that are perfectly paired with the light, floral décor, and gentle, dim lighting, setting the mood for a perfect evening of culinary delight, friendly conversation, and reflection.

During the Holy month, the restaurant will be open from 5:30pm, with the last order being at 1:30 am. Take away will also be available throughout the whole month of Ramadan. The a la carte menu, accompanied with a selection of specially curated Ramadan dishes, will be served throughout Ramadan.

For Iftar, dining guests breaking their fast will be offered an assortment of delightful dates and dried apricots, followed by a nourishing and hearty Red Lentil Soup, served with chili butter and homemade toasted bread. The special Ramadan menu begins with a refreshing and wholesome Cauliflower Salad rich with the diverse flavours of avocado, red onions, goat cheese, and caramelised walnuts.

To follow, diners can relish a flavoursome Baked Orzo Pasta featuring a concoction of fresh calamari, prawns, lobster, tomato sauce, basil, and feta sauce. The Greek Mixed Grill features an array of succulent meats, including Wagyu rib eye, lamb cutlets, baby chicken, Kefte, all served with Basmati rice, and topped with a generous tzatziki sauce.

Completing the meal on a sweet note, GAIA serves a choice of indulgent desserts, including a selection of rich and tempting Ekmek Kataifi decked with a decadent deluge of Chantilly, pistachio, pastry cream, and sugar syrup.

Commenting on the restaurant’s preparations for Ramadan, GAIA Doha Said:  “We are delighted to welcome our guests for a unique dining experience during this special time. GAIA is a nostalgic tribute, not only to the beautiful cuisine of Greece, but to the generosity and hospitality of the Grecian culture. It was important to us to provide the best quality in our dishes as well as to create an environment where people feel at home. We are honoured to share this experience with our loyal customers during this time.”

GAIA is excited to share this special occasion with residents and visitors in Qatar, marking its first Ramadan in Doha, providing exquisite cuisine curated by an extraordinary culinary team, where every dish is made with love and fueled with the best ingredients and taste, creating lasting memories each and every time.

The international brand was founded by creative duo, Chef Izu Ani and Evgeny Kuzin, who both sought to develop a specially curated concept inspired by the generosity and friendliness of the Greek people, an approachable high-dining concept with a core focus on delivering quality food, characterized by the simplicity while bursting with flavor.

Inspired by the breezy charm of Grecian architecture, GAIA caters to refined tastes evoking the allure of its many regions and the beauty of the ocean as it brings people together. The refined taverna has grown quickly to be a favorite of Qatar’s socialites and food connoisseurs with its Grecian décor, fresh ingredients, and its simple home cooking style, and welcoming ambience.
