Qatar Living and We Cafe are celebrating Foodie Month by showing you how another popular Qatari dish is made. Easy on time, budget, and effort - this dish is great for those with a sweet tooth.  

QL was given the opportunity to go behind the scenes at We Cafe in the Avenue Hotel to shoot the preparation of Balaleet.

It's an interesting combo of eggs and vermicelli noodles.  The unlikely duo deliver an exciting food experience. 

The saffron infused dish offers both contrasting flavours (salty and sweet) as well as contrasting texture (soft and crispy).

This is a traditional dish of Qatar, and is often found throughout the GCC.  

Ten minutes from start to finish, this dish is begging you to try it out!
