Thank you for you comment i went Doha bank and commercial bank they said need minimum salary 5000 and 4000 QR
I believe you can. Almost all banks will help you out. Just go over to Commercial Bank, Doha Bank etc. and talk to the customer support representative. They will help you out. You must be owning a valid Qatar ID when opening an account.
