Some of the world's best footballers have made their way to Qatar this year, delighting football enthusiasts in the country.

Just as the FIFA Club World Cup Qatar 2019 fever ended, Qatar has welcomed another football star, Paris Saint-Germain and French World champion Kylian Mbappe who arrived at Aspetar recently.

Mbappe is in Doha for a sports recovery program at Aspetar, the first specialized Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in the Gulf region.

The 21-year-old Parisian player was welcomed by Dr. Abdulaziz Al Kuwari, Aspetar Acting Chief Executive Officer.

During his visit, Mbappe said, "Aspetar is incredible and the infrastructure is perfect to work and recover, everything is optimized for the athletes at its best."

"Many of my teammates and other people recommended me to come to Aspetar for recovery, and I am happy to be here, I recommend this place for any injury or recovery purpose as it's the best," he added.
