Everyone’s favorite coworking space Workinton Qatar this week hosted another great event, the Startup Grind Doha, for entrepreneurs, in partnership with Google for Startups.

The event saw an inaugural fireside chat featuring Haris Aghadi from the well-known startup in Qatar - Meddy.

Meddy is the largest doctor booking platform in Qatar with more than 150,000 monthly users.

Aghadi is no stranger to Qatar's startup scene, however, what he and his team have accomplished is remarkable. They have become one of the first Qatari startups to reach series A level in the region.

At the event, Haris spoke about his journey and underlined some of the ways in which emerging business leaders and entrepreneurs can really see their ideas turn into real-life business setups.

Event organizer Workinton Qatar provides an ideal working space for all types of entrepreneurs, business startups, investment networks and finance groups looking to serve the small and medium enterprise (SME) markets.
