Applying Resident permit

Dear friends,

Last week, I applied for my family's resident permit through Metrash, but it was rejected with the reason "Sponsor does not meet the conditions." I have met the salary requirements and submitted all the necessary documents. If anyone has any advice or information about this, please let me know.
