Family residence visa

My company is giving me work visa and i am planning to take my family along with me in on arrival visa.I am from India...After landing there is that possible to change the on arrival visa inyo family residence visa...Kindly help and we are family of 4 (2yrs and 4 yrs baby i have)

There is solution for each and every situation, if company is giving accommodation then all 4 people can land here together , welcome and good luck . .. . .. . .

I believe you will face difficulties if you work through your plan. Mt suggestion is that you come down first and settle down. This may take you around 3 months to get familiarized with this place, its rules and regulations, culture and conditions. You can then go ahead and plan getting your family here.
