Hi
I will be arriving in Qatar in a few weeks on a new sponsorship. I need to sponsor my wife, mother and son.

For my wife and son it seems pretty clear.

My question is around sponsoring my mother (53 years old), is this somtheing that is possible? Is it difficult/complicated? What does the process look like?

I meet the salary requirements (More than 15K monthly) and will have accomodation (3 BHK)

The sponsor is a QFC Company, in case that makes a difference

I don't think you should have a problem getting your mother here.

First, you come down and join your new company, settle down and then talk to your company PRO (Mandoob) and he will explain to you the entire process. Just go step by step and go easy.
