Family RP Application BEFORE FIFA? HELP NEEDED

Hello all, my husband and I got married under Qatari Law as we are both muslims by birth. And he applied for sponsorship for me 2022 at the end of August. They said "after fifa". We have waited. Then, they said "government apps first". It's almost been 1 year and there is no change in our application.
They don't allow us to enter the immigration center as we wanted to cancel it and apply again. Don't know what to do, whom to talk anymore. please help!!!!

When your husband try to enter immigration dept., the guard will ask purpose, tell the guard that "I need to cancel FAMILY VISA" that's it... Don't try to explain too much...If one day you fail... try again another day...
