Is it possible to find a job on family visit visa? Because every other company wants an NOC.

They are asking for NOC because they wish to hire a person who is already working in Qatar on a work visa. They do not wish to go for a new visa or bear the costs of hiring someone based in an overseas country.

Actually recently all the vacancies I applied have before hand mentioned that NOC is needed. I am on visit visa so they even consider my application even though I have the exact requirements.

Yes, you can search for one. The reason these companies want an NOC is simply because they are not willing to hire you or they are unable to get a work visa.
