If u r Salary s good then u can maintain ur kid in crèche . Anyhow without u how 2 yrs kid wil live

I don't think so. How can you get to work leaving the 2-year-old child all alone at home? Furthermore, you should discuss this with your employer who I believe may not like it and this may affect your employment.
