Finger Print Process for Family RP

Dear All,

I have doubt on finger print on family RP. Please help.

My friends wife finished medical and proceeded to finger print. The staff took the finger print and said success and go to immigration in 2 days.

My doubt is, There is something i read that there is a registration form need to submit while doing the finger print she did not take any registration form with her and the staff also did not ask for it. staff only too the visa copy and scanned it.

Kindly let me know regarding the registration form.
