Going home under probation period need exit permit

If i am still under probation period but I want to go back home, do i still need exit permit?. I only have the visa but no QID yet already 2 months to 3 months staying in Qatar

It's okay if my visa is cancelled but will it be problem in immigration bin airport when I go home

You are in a difficult situation. Since you do not have a QID and thus a RP, I guess your going home will lead to a cancellation of your visa. Suggest you try to wait and let your RP and QID get issued, and then you travel.
