My wife came to Qatar on January 2024 through residence visa, we finished medical but for fingerprint it wasn't recognized for my wife in the scanner due to some derma problem, we tried 4-5 times but still was unsuccessful then they told to take ink fingerprint and after a week they asked for my arabic translated degree certificate and it's been more than 2 week since then but there's still no response from their side and fingerprint not been approved yet. My wife's visa is about to expire in 14 days. Can anyone please help me regarding this issue? Has anyone else faced the same problem? How long does it it take to receive approval after ink fingerprinting or is there a way to extend wife's visa?
