KSA transit visa from Qatar

Hello,

I am looking for any information related to a transit visa for Saudi Arabia from Qatar, how to obtain and where to apply, even the KSA embassy is not picking up the phones to check with them. Old posts mentioned some company called Al Asayel but there's no information about it now. Does anyone have any recent experience with getting a transit visa for KSA?

From my knowledge of the rules and regulations of S. Arabia, you may not be able to get such a visa. I am not sure if the rules have been changed over the past couple of years. You can try checking it out by going over to the Saudi embassy yourself. But do so after Hajj as the Saudi government is busy preparing for Hajj. They usually don't issue any other visa except for Hajj during these days.

What do you exactly mean by "transit visa" to KSA? Will you be driving through KSA to another country say Jordan or Syria?
