Multi Entry work visit visa Cancellation

I'm in Qatar and having a multi entry work visit visa and I want to go back to my country and apply for other RP visa... Is there any requirement to cancel my multi entry work visit visa before applying to RP visa for other company. And if it's required to cancel then what will be the procedure.

You will need to have the visa cancelled first and this can be done only by your current employer. If he does not cancel your current visa, your new employer will not be able to get you a visa.
