Hello everyone,

I have a friend who applied here in qatar, he got accepted and they process the visa immediately, however due to some big reasons he decided not to continue with the company and now he cannot apply to other companies because the first one doesnt want to cancel the visa application. 

As of now the visa application is still pending on the MOI portal. He's still in the philippines

any advices on what to do in this situation?
