Can we extend on-arrival visa for the 3rd month? My friend from India got the extension for 2nd month through MOI website but hearing varied updates on 3rd month extension. Please advise if anyone got the extension for 3rd month or how could we get it. Thanks.

No, on-arrival visa is for a maximum two month period. You can confirm this from any passport or immigration office rather than relying on word of mouth of people. There is a passport and immigration office at the airport which works 24/7.
