Family Resident Visa Status Rejected Feb 2020, still the same status

Hi Friends,
I have applied family Resident visa on Feb 2020,My Salary:8500 basics, after 3 days i received the status rejected with description refer immigration department.
After i want to Graffa immigration Office, they are not respond properly. After Covid-19 situation visas department closed.

Still the family Resident Wife and son Application status the same rejected?
Could you suggest, how can we handle this situation?

Minimum salary for sponsoring family is QAR 10,000.

currently because of Covid they may not be processing any new request since early this year.

I believe you will have to wait till they open up
