My wife and daughter have QID and under my sponsorship but they have stayed outside Qatar for more than 6 months. They will be coming back next month and I know I will have to pay a certain penalty. I just wanted to know if I can pay it online? Or do i need to go to MOI office?

@Mike, Yes, you can pay online through Metrash.. I paid through leave notification -> Return permit for my wife.

Suggest, you drop into one of the passport and immigration offices and check it out there. Take their IDs with you or a copy of it. Possibly, you may be able to pay for their renewal at the immigration office when you are there before their arrival. The immigration offices work during evening hours also.
