Visit visa to residence visa

Hi.
my wife is a visit visa holder. I applied residency visa for her. And it's approved.

And I printed the visa. So can anyone tell me what is next procedure? Does she needs to complete medical? (She has done medical after arriving on visit visa)

Suggest you pay a visit to any Passport & Immigration office and ask the staff there. They will guide you best. Your company's PRO could also guide you.
