YEARLY RESIDENT - 02 Years Visa Issued . Is the Medical Process before or After this visa is issued. ?

I went to medical Test in India, then came due to some issue, My medical report came as Failed in Feb 2024.  So came to Qatar in MArch on Temp Work visa of 3 months.  Then My company applied for convertion to YEARLY RESIDENT - Work Visa for 2 Years. 

 

Now , I want to know whether I have to go through Medical Test  after this Visa is issued or not ?
