Family bonding workshop
Mums and kids can enjoy a fun-filled day of family bonding featuring a variety of activities such as storytelling, role play, fun crafts, cooking, painting and more. Hosted by the Maktaba Children’s library, the event is an excellent opportunity for mums to bond with their little ones. Tickets are priced at QAR 125 and can be bought via Q-tickets.

Art time for kids
Sign up your kids for the art workshops taking place at Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art. The workshops are designed for children between the ages of 6-14 and will take place every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with each age group given a dedicated time slot.

Beirut and the golden sixties: A manifesto of fragility
Step into the golden sixties in Beirut at the Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art. The exhibition features a vibrant selection of paintings, sculptures, multimedia works and archival materials that revisits a turbulent chapter in the development of Modernism in Beirut. The exhibition is open daily and free for all.

Meet and greet Bluey the North Star
Take your kids for an exciting meet and greet with the Bluey the North Star at the Trocadero Theme Park in Place Vendôme Mall. The meet and greet is free for all and will take place daily with Bluey scheduled to make hourly appearances between 2 pm – 9 pm.

How I do series: Online resources for people with reading difficulties
Do you know someone who struggles with reading? Sign them up for the How I do series that will provide participants with recommended databases and other accessible format materials to help them improve their reading. Facilitated by the Qatar National Library, the workshop will take place on August 3 via Microsoft Teams.

Qatar Toy Festival
Have you visited the Qatar Toy Festival as yet? This is your last chance to meet your favorite characters from Disney Princess, Blippi, CoComelon, Barbie, Hot Wheels and more or enjoy the exciting stage shows and festive roaming acts. Entrance to the festival is ticketed, with tickets to be bought at Virgin Megastores.

Souq Waqif Dates Festival
Featuring more than 100 local farms, the Souq Waqif Dates Festival is ongoing at the Al Ahmed Square in Souq Waqif and is an excellent place to shop for a variety of dates and date products such as date syrup, date powder, date butter and more.
