Fitness Boot Camps in Qatar

Qatar has hosted a number of sporting events in the recent past and will host the greatest sporting event of all time this 2022. This country celebrates Qatar National Sports Day on the second Tuesday of February every year and is thoroughly engaged in building up the sporting atmosphere and culture across the country.
The people of Qatar as well are indulged in a very healthy life routine where exercising or working out always makes it to their list. As of recent, many people have chosen to travel via the Doha Metro and have opted to rent out scooters and bicycles wherever possible. Thus, making their travel very healthy and fit.
Craving some adrenaline rush during a zonked out weekend? Drained out or not, Qatar has some really amazing outdoor spaces where you and your friends can head over to for a fun workout session.
Here are some of the places you can check off your list:
1) Strongbox Qatar
Located at Doha Sports Park is one of Qatar's largest functional fitness facility that is over 1200m2 of purpose built training. SBX offers cutting edge coaching and results focused fitness classes for all levels in a very friendly and welcoming environment. They offer a free introductory session for all as well.
Ever heard of the quote, “If you want to go fast, go alone; If you want to go far, go together”?
Here at Strongbox, you will go the latter. Together as a fitness family, achieve your fitness goals or enjoy the adrenaline rush!
Strongbox offers fitness programs such as Crossfit that includes Crossfit basics course, gymnastics, barbell club and an all-day open gym. Apart from that they offer SBF Fit and personal training.

2) The Fitness Box
Apart from the ordinary gyms that you see throughout town, a Weill-Cornell Medicine Qatar initiative named "Sahtak-Awalan” (Your health first) was implemented earlier this year that consists of installing solar-powered fitness structures. They are made from upscaling shipping containers. These fitness installations are currently stationed at Al Rayyan Park and Old Airport Park. The sustainable containers also display large screens that show tailor-made free fitness classes instructed by renowned fitness instructors in the community.
Fitness enthusiasts all over town can and across all ages can benefit from this fabulous idea for free. This initiative is keen on instilling a healthy lifestyle among the people of Qatar.
The classes will be aired on the big screen for everyone to follow and can be done by any fitness level. The duration lasts between 15–20 minutes and the given instructions are in Arabic, Urdu, and English.
Interested fitness enthusiasts or those looking to start their fitness journeys can attend a free class at Al Rayyan Park (Green Carpet) or Old Airport Park.

3) Fitness Circuits
Apart from the common play areas that parks in Qatar have, a new development is that of a fitness circuit. Fitness circuits are similar to outdoor gym equipment that help people remain fit without a gym subscription. Children, adults, fitness enthusiasts and athletes across all ages are seen utilizing this fitness facility.

If you are looking for a calm and soothing yoga experience, there’s no better than yoga classes on top of a helipad.
