A grand opening of Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach

Just 50 days to go for FIFA World Cup™ 2022, Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach held its official opening ceremony on 2nd October 2022. The inaugural ceremony was officiated by Mr. Majed Hassan Al  Ghanim, ACEO Hala Group Enterprises, Mr. Hisham Al Sehtari, CEO SAK Holdings, and Mr. Michel Augier, Regional  Director, Middles East & Africa, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. This was followed by a speech from representatives  of the owning companies and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The night ended with a scrumptious dinner at bāzār  West Bay, our all-day-dining restaurant. Thanks again to everyone who came down to celebrate this milestone  with us. 

The 278-room hotel opened its door to guests in August 2022 in collaboration with a leading regional hospitality development entity, Hala Real Estate Development Company.  

Ideally located in the business hub of Doha, the Hotel is blessed with the best of both worlds as it is embraced by the Doha Skyline and the pristine West Bay Beach. Walking distance from the City Centre shopping mall and the DECC metro station, Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach is the closest beachfront hotel in the prestigious West Bay area. 

Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach offers modern premium rooms, suites, and apartments and boasts state of-the-art leisure facilities for guests including a variety of on-site restaurants, a spa that includes a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and outdoor pool as well as a fitness center. Business travelers can utilize the property’s six spacious corporate meeting rooms, which have the combined capacity to host close to 350 people. 

Chosen as the base hotel for the Tunisian team, the hotel is all geared and excited for the forthcoming months.
