Visiting Katara Cultural Village

Katara Cultural Village is an exceptional place in Doha, and it is located on the eastern coast of Qatar, so its location gives it more attraction as well.

The village overlooks the beauty of the West Bay and The Pearl-Qatar. Also, it is a house for some of the inspiring work of the famous artisans.

Desert Safari

A lot of people prefer to go for an overnight desert safari in the summer nights in Qatar, where you can enjoy breathtaking landscapes and seascapes and experience star gazing in the beautiful desert night.

You can begin your adventure by driving from the city all the way to the South of Doha, its suburbs and countryside along the way. To enjoy the evening you can have a barbecue meal with your family and friends or engage in team sports and other activities to add on to your safari experience.

If you are planning to go through this experience, you must prepare yourself by taking some tools to enjoy your stay overnight, such as, lights, volleyball stuff, music speakers, also extra food, and water with you. Also, do not forget your first aid and sleeping bags.

Visiting Al Khor's harbor

Al Khor is in the northern side of Qatar, and it is considered as one of the historical cities.

The city has it is own magic to attract anyone from around the world to visit, from the finest of beaches to the beautiful parks and a lot of other things.

Al Khor has numerous places to visit and to explore, and it has a cultural attraction and a very natural area as well.

If you are planning to visit it, you must visit Al Thakira, which is a special town to explore in Al Khor, and it is on the coast of Al Khor municipality just seven kilometers from the city. If you visit Al Thakira, you can enjoy the wildlife experiences there.

Also, do not forget to visit Al Khor Park with your family or friends, which is one of the oldest parks in Qatar.

You can go there to enjoy the skating area, and Basketball Court, and it has a lot of water fountains, a small zoo for kids, and a battery-operated train.

Fishing

Fishing in Qatar can be a wonderful activity to relax and enjoy the beauty of the beaches.

 Qatar’s amazing location allows you to experience a lot of different activities in the ocean, and the Gulf state’s coastline is found to have more than 150 species of fishes.

You can go with your family or friends to experience fishing on a boat around Al Aaliya Island, Al Safliya Island, Halat Umm al Khayfan, sealine or Banana Island.

If you are willing to go for fishing in Qatar, you must follow the regulations of the area where you go for this activity.

You must inform the authority before and after your fishing trip and you must carry your Vessel Registration and ID card. You must also have the first aid items for your safety.
