Qatar Living was a community partner to Qatar's largest water sports event, the 2018 Qatar Winter Dragon Boat Festival.

More than 600 participants in more than 20 teams raced against each other by rowing through the water to reach the finish line.

The competition took place on 7th December, 2018 at the Grand Hyatt Doha's beach, with beautiful weather and an enthusiastic crowd of supporters and watchers.

Dragonboating is a canoe-sport, and was originally a traditional festival game dating back 2000 years throughout southern China. It has now become a popular sport with competitions held around the world.
