Also on further Research it was found that he has another car (Plate Number is 184382 ) and has an expired Istemara until 2012-10-25.

This means you are not likely to see both the cars on road.

Also it is likely .. he died in 2012 as he was never spotted afterwards and if he was alive he would definitely have renewed the istemara

Sorry ... Upon Research it was found that his car (Plate Number is 15438 )in the Picture and has an expired Istemara until 2017-03-19

Anyway his Vehicle (Plate Number - 15428 )in the Picture has a valid Istemara until 2018-02-15
