Change of Employer Status (No comfirmation messages received from ADLSA)

Hello, i have submit my change of employer application online via MoL site. The status online is Under Review However i have not received any confirmation message from my phone. Its been 3 weeks now, i have made 2 follow up at Al khor MoL office.. they said that i will received the message that day but i did not. My question is did you have the same experience and what did you do? because i did not received any message at all after submission of application.
