I am writing to get some information regarding the transfer of my Visa to this new Company which is not the competitor of the existing company. My new company has already applied for me and I have accepted it through the NAS account. Now My current employer is not accepting my application. What should I do? How long will it take to get the notice period message. Could you please explain it to me. And secondly i have clicked on the "Yes" for waiver of Notice Peiod.
