Qatar Airways waiting time from verbal to written offer

Hi Guys,

I need a bit of advice. On the 31st of Aug, I received a verbal offer from Qatar Airways.

It's been a little over two weeks now - HR keeps telling me my 'application is under review, awaiting approval'. Does this usually take this long? I dont want to keep annoying them.. but I sort of need to know if I should not get my hopes high. Has anyone ever waited so long and still got the written offer letter?

Quaestion 2: whats the avg total package for a grd 7 role?
